My snot has changed colors 3 times since I have been awake this morning. Just thought I'd share that with everyone.

It's no surprise that I caught something being in a convention center packed to the brim with 2,200+ mouth-breathing scrumpers. Patient scrumper had to have been among them....

That's enough melodrama for one morning. I'm going to take a near-lethal dose of the Quil and watch the new Flash epsiode....

True to the topic, I went X-2 earlier at FNM Standard. I also drafted and got X-1 and got Bloodstained Mire and a foil Wooded Foothills.

It's jarring to see someone play there Korean foil polluted delta in there mono-black agro deck, but other than that, not a big deal.

I've seen like, three or four games, but so far, the play in this pro tour has been particularly excellent.

I value other people's opinion because I'm always looking for opportunities to piss off people I dislike

OG fetches look really great IMHO, I like the old art. With Shocks I'm divided; I mostly prefer the older ones but I really like the new Steam Vents.

I like pretty much all of the new shockland arts better (aside from Watery Grave). Alexander's art has a bit more detail, but the intricacies disappear when looking at it from across the table, and you're left with something that looks more like basic land art and doesn't really have a distinct subject/focus. The new arts (especially Overgrown Tomb, Blood Crypt and Stomping Ground) do a much better job with making all the details large enough that they're noticeable from a distance.

Neckbeards at tournaments always judged me for having Ravnica shocks. :(
Original Ravnica Shocks?

The quality of neckbeard at the place you play at is quite low and detestable.

I've been playing the esper control shell everyone's been using and its still not very good. Lots of people are hopping on ashcloud phoenix which makes it even worse since you have to waste banishing lights on it.
I wish there was a card that did 2 damage to a creature and exiled it instead of killing it
