Testing some new streaming stuff. About the only thing Win8 is good for is making my streams smoother, it seems. Will be flickering off and on, thank god I have no followers.

Talk about fucking variance, three matches today come down to my opponent needing running cards to my 1, they get there all three times. Instead of being up 20 I am down 15. FML.

My MTGO day started rather badly; I lost 0-2 to MonoB Control in my first SE and 0-2 in the Mirror in my second. Undeterred I pressed on and beat MonoU 2-0 in my 3rd before losing to RWDevo 0-2 in the second roundVariance had played a part but I was not a happy LaZer at this point
Fortunately I remembered some wise words offered to me by Zem in similar circumstances a couple of days ago - "Don't get disheartened, play slowly, review your games, ask questions on the Forum, you'll get better" so I decided to record some games, commentate and get some feedback from you all
So without further ado here you goFeedback on my lines of play are MOST welcome
I've already spotted some errors reviewing them
Listen To LaZer; Adventures with Zem's Boros Burn Part 1
I've only watched the first video so far, and overall I think you played nearly exactly how I would have.
I thought it was smart of you to hold the boros charm near the end of game 2, in case you drew another firedancer. however, I think
after you drew the searing blood you should have used the charm at his next eot, this would free up your mana so that a burn spell would have been lethal in combination with the mutavault. additionally, you then drew a mutavault but held it and tapped your mountain to attack instead. I would have played the vault, tapped it to activate the other, leaving up boros charm AND searing blood mana, therefore making any 2 power or less creature a lethal play for him.
I also felt like maybe the shocks should have stayed in instead of the spark troopers since shock has a lot of targets but I'm not that familiar with the sb strategy so I'm not sure

Looking back at today, I think I've gotten drunk of my success - since strings of defeat isn't something I'm accustomed too so I let it effect me more then it should have.
Gonna call it a night and try again tomorrow
maybe its time for some Modern Magic again or if I really want to blow stream I can go abuse Pauper (though the firing rate is HORRIBLE).

OMG I sold a fair number of my Robot cards sometime in the past without noticing.
It seems that out of my PRM collection the cards which are worth the most are:
Non-Foil
Tropical Island (29)
Scrubland (9.85)
Savannah (15.23)
Batterskull (30)
Natural Order (60)
I have Foil versions as well, I'm not sure how much it would jack the price by.
Ham may I have my Batterskull back? I need some extra funding soon (wanna play Robots
).
I recall Cloud of Faeries (2.57), Daze (9.54) and Gush (2.96)
being very expensive... app. Duel Decks: Jace vs. Chandra killed the prices while 8post banning in pauper killed the CoF prices (should have sold these earlier).

I scrubbed out of the DE 1-2 last night, with both losses getting my opponent to 2 with no cards in hand and 4 turns from death both times (due to life gain and his lack of board presence). Both losses I drew 4 land straight and he just durdled to victory. I hate losses like that. @zem -- YOU BEAT HEXPROOF?!?!? Woo! There is hope, albeit completely unrealistic =D.

Totaled by inventory, plus cards bought and I have clawed my way back to even today, with I think, a much refined deck list and good insight as a result.

I set up a bot through mtgo library a few weeks ago but I could never get it to buy or sell anything. I'm not sure if its because of my prices, my small inventory, or if I was doing something wrong. The bot would just sit for hours in buy/sell mode and never interact with any humansOn that note, anyone know hows to set-up bots? The only way to get "buy" prices is to sell it to humans (bots buy for less and sell for more).

MTGOtrader do have a buy/sell list but the bots don't seem to want anything.

New bots always have a rough time of it since people go to the ones they know and trust.
