I try to play blue white whenever I can, so this card makes me pretty happy. It's powerful, but not annoyingly powerful.

Blue/white was my choice of colors when I came back to the game...but I got swayed away by my "traditional" choice of red-red/green.

This is tempting me to give good ol' Azorius another shot.

Considering the proliferation of Rest in Peace in pieces in UW/x decks in Standard, as well as the number of aggro decks casting multiple spells per turn, a card like this is certainly a contender for Dissipate's spell slots, though many decks relying on flashback cards (Unburial Rites, Snapcaster) probably won't make one card an obvious inclusion over the other until the rest of the set is spoiled and paints a broader picture of what Standard is going to look like.

Definitely something to look out for in the coming Standard, though, Silence effects always excite me.

Pretty good if real. Looks like control might make a comeback after INN rotates. Then again, control is always sitting pretty so it's nice to have it sit out for a bit.
