There are better and more versatile ways to kill Siege Rhino, and many of those also kill his AznBoi brother from another mother Tasigur.
I suppose this was made anticipating that the Gods from the latter two Theros block sets would make a bigger impact. It's unfortunate this doesn't simplify down to multicolored permanent. There are lots of reasons why this card is unfortunate.

It looks like it'll function as supplemental glares of heresy since it kills most of the cards glare hits while also nailing things like sidisi, rakshasha, etc. Seems like a solid 1/2 of in the sideboards of a lot of decks.
