It's basic IP masking. Your current IP is recognized, for whatever reason, as being malicious enough to "shoot on sight," so to get around that you can set your IPTP (IP travel path) to a network that isn't on the "hit list." It is, however, illegal to use a network you don't have permission to use, so in most cases you have to use your home network (the router at your house). This:
