Should have put the 5 other cards into your graveyard instead. Good enough at 4 CMC, but waiting to Delve for 4 seems not ideal. If draw-go was still a thing, sure, but not today.

Pretty cool card, they're being extremely cautious with Delve however (perhaps rightly so - thanks, Fetches)

I think this is deceptively good. Could very well see Modern play in things like Storm. Yes, competing for GY resources with other antics, but being able to find your bullets is very strong.

I'm not a Storm player and admittedly threw out that name as a "maybe" for-instance. That said, playing against the deck it seems they're often hunting over a few turns for a Manamorphose and a Ritual. On T3 or 4 you could easily cast this for UU, find said cards, and go off.

Yes. However, you often want to play Past in Flames at some point during the turn you go off. Exiling cards for Delve might not be what you want to do in that case. On the other hand, you usually have fetches to exile, maybe spare lands as well (due to Desperate Ravings), and maybe an Electromancer on the table. So it might not be a big problem. The double U mana cost can be a bit problematic, I've tested Ideas Unbound enough to know that. If you have an active Ascension it's no problem getting the mana from a Manamorphose, otherwise it might be awkward. Anyway, the card needs to be tested in Storm, that's for sure.

Storm does not want to spend UU on anything.
