According to the M15 sleeves, it appears that Pyromaster is getting reprinted, Liliana, Ajani, and Jace are back. And what's this? Nissa is the green walker? Wow.

One of the older video which I left in the back-log, I still have one left (the newer videos will hopefully be up next week):

This is also ironic come from the guy playing G/R monsters, a deck which hasn't placed at any event since probably before jou came out.
I'm playing Jund, I did play GR at an IQ though. It clubs control like a baby seal.

Jund is tier 1.5; probably the 5th best deck in the format. GR isn't a deck.

Watching bad players give bad advice to other bad players is like looking at a car wreck:

"I don't know how black devotion works, what do I need to make it good?"
"Master of Feasts because it's big and beats the control decks early before they can kill you."
"Wow it's so good, yeah I have problem with control, this will help SO much."

I didn't expect Kird Ape, but I was hoping for something playable outside of Limited.

Yeah they.... I guess they're still pushing g/w. One of the things done to appease certain pros.
So the White 1 is pretty good, and the red one... *shrug*

Boros Burn beats Esper, but it is not a better deck in the meta at large. Much the same way that Burn isn't better than Jund Monsters.

If we want to lump Esper and U/W together, I don't mind putting Burn in the top 5, but it's certainly not ahead of the other four decks mentioned.

Burn is definitely better than Jund Monsters. It's easier than playing against RG Monsters because they shock the shit out of themselves.

The big players are: B/x, U/W/x, Monsters variants, Mono U, and R/x (including Burn and Boss Sligh decks).

That's why I played RG. The consistent mana was the prime reason. Around here, there is a lot of UWx and mono black. I don't like shocking myself against devotion, and Ghor-Clan is pretty good against them, even as a creature. They also can't deal with Xenagod. UWx is just about not running into a million Celestial Flares. Having more mana dorks helps you avoid that.

RG isn't a real deck either, but I chose the right time to play it. ;) Got my invitation with it, so no complaints.

There is literally no R/x decks around here, I'm the only one who really plays red decks. The IQ I was at was 62 people, there was no red based aggro, but 22 UWx decks and 18 devotion to black variants.

Alex, if I were to ever play a Monsters deck, it'd be RG for the very reasons you mentioned.
