Holy Dogshit, the front page looks non-terrible.

SCG invitational restored my faith in the format.

Great diversity in the top 8 decks.

If this is a serious attempt to make the forum more visible the front page needs to be easier to access. It should literally be in front of my face when I type in the domain. Perhaps have the domain direct to the front page and have a link to the forum from there.
We're aware. It's still a work in progress, though. It isn't meant to be live.

Front page is a work in progress. The URL will directly go to the front page when we have enough content. If you'd like to provide content, please post something in the Articles sub forum!

I'll contribute an article for the front page this week. No idea what though. Standard, Modern, or EDH?

I could do some, but they'd either be standard, red decks in modern, or inferior to existing stuff on the web like a modern Jund primer or something.

How does someone with a custom title Condescentron Prime worry about writing inferior content
Standard hobos who play budget garbage should be looked upon with suspicion.

I could write a Jund primer, but if you just google the terms "modern" and "Jund", you'll likely come across something by willy edel that's a strictly better version of whatever I'd put out there since it would all be based off of his versions of the deck.

If I did a piece on something like devotion red though, it'll likely be the best content on the interwebs cause that's my deck.

He built the Boss naya deck that LSV 16-0'd the swiss portion of a pro tour with.

I don't know why people get so hung up on what people did or didn't do.

He won the invitational and the matches weren't even close. Not sure what you want to here from me

Looking at the Results of all the tourneys this weekend, Junk Midrange with drown in sorrow and reprisals in the board looks appealing for next weekend.

His decks aren't bad, red just hasn't been great since Innistrad. He's a good deck builder, he is just the type of player who sticks to what he knows.

Wow, that was a fucking epic GoT finale. I kinda wish they'd have incorporated the Tysha story, though. It really gives Tyrion a much stronger motive for his actions.

And that version of the theme that they played at the very end was probably the best they've done so far. Sounded like ~6 voices and a whole string section.

While it is exciting to play those kind of decks, I just can't stomach it. Far too high variance for my taste.
