3D is a nice gimmick but you can tur it off. I only found it necessary when playing Super Mario 3D. Its the other features of the 3DS that sells it compared to the DSi. Try it if you find a good deal.

I found out the reason why I could only see a handful of Pokemon is because they only allow you to search for Pokemon you've seen before. This is stupid, but at least it clears up why the GTS looked dead.

1. Catch a low level Scyther in the Bug Contest in SS. Throw a metal coat on it.

I've read that it's not possible to trade for anything in the National Dex in Gen V before you
actually get the National Dex, and I've also read that you can and it will just show up as #???. I've read that Gen V has done away with the stupid requirement of having to see the Pokemon first to be able to search for it/request it, and I've read that that's still a limitation. I've read you need two DS games and just one DS system and that you need two DS games and two DS systems.

Is this possible? Should I just buy an Action Replay thing for $20 and hope it works/doesn't destroy my system? Why does Nintendo hate fun?

i dont think you can trade gen 4 to gen 5 via gts

i only play around with the 3ds when bored.

3ds has fire embelm awakening. an epic turn based strat rpg.

rpgs you have the ds line up, plus a couple good games. truthfully it's still a young system

Ugh, this whole system is just poorly implemented. If Nintendo didn't insist on making their own shitty hardware, maybe their software could be up to the standards of this decade, too.

I guess my only option is to buy a used DS to Poketransfer with, or try a DNS service like pokedit.com
