It is very powerful in the right deck. Unfortunately, I don't think the right deck will include that many dragons...

I like it for a changeling deck. ^_^

My old changeling zoo would like this a lot, yeah. That deck sucked but was a lot of fun.

Hey, that sounds like every other deck that I make. :glee:

This is like a worse version of the iteration of this card from Lorwyn block, because at least you had a coin-flip chance of Searing Blazing your opponent. This relies on you to both be playing and have in play or in hand a dragon. The former requires you to already be winning, the latter requires you to divulge that maybe your 2/2 isn't the best place for your opponent's Hero's Downfall.

There are enough playable dragons (Sarkhan's -2 [or +1 if you're going KTK] and Thundermaw Hellkite) in Standard where this isn't a big ask to also be playable as a marginally better/less color intensive Searing Blood, so I don't doubt it will appear in a/some decks. It is also possibly Just Worse than many other cards you're going to be playing in red decks, and certainly isn't a universal add to any deck w/ red in it, especially now that Roast is here.
