If you revealed a Dragon card or controlled a Dragon as you cast Dragonlord's Prerogative, Dragonlord's Prerogative can't be countered.

This is a good card because Opportunity is a good card.
I imagine this replaces Jace's Ingenuity in decks, and is then coupled with Cruise/Dig, if only because 4>3, even at 5>6, because instant speed doesn't care.

It is a good time to be a deck that wants to stall and draw cards, as you effectively have spells that do that at instant speed (or for 1 mana) at all phases of the game w/ DTK.
