Cryptic Command is probably better... but this is still very good.

This card reminds me of Orzhov Charm, and that's not a compliment. I don't think any of the modes of this particular command push it enough to make it a staple of standard like the previous iterations.
Being 4cc and multicolor makes it strictly worse than Exclude, which is what you have to assume the standard mode for this would be. Having a more limited absorb with +1 life but for more mana also isn't very good. The resurrection mode just isn't good. And gain 4 life draw a card is an option but just isn't good.
Yes the card offers you a range of options but pretty much every iteration of those options aren't cards youd put in your deck.
