Figure of Destiny, with simultaneously more and less restrictive mana requirements.

Well, figure is way better than him just because it becomes a 4/4 with 3 mana and survives most burn spells. This guy will just be a 3/3 until you reach six mana.... good card anyway, but I'm glad figure is still the best of this kind.

This is not a good card.
Maybe I'm just spoiled by Figure who doesn't see play in Modern, but a two-color figure with less impressive stats and abilities /should/ not see play.
