Of course you never play youngP on turn 2 you play it on turn 4 when you get guarenteed value. So this card is secretly 5cmc.
In standard, you can't tap for red for stoke the flames. But iit is so obvious you take this in any burn deck (mardu or jeskai or rw) and you treat it like a slot for elspeth or sarkhan rather than wayseeker or rabblemaster or swiftie like YPS would have

But MAN imagine if this guy was red instead of white.

Costing 3 and playing in a color without access to burn kind of stinks, but I can see a world where you play the same suite of cantrip effects and even your 1/1 is lethal on its own.
I would keep an eye on it, but I wouldn't invest at onset; fighting a 2cc version of itself in a better color doesn't bode well for the future of this card. I can absolutely see it crushing standard given that this is a looting effect short of a one-card Jeskai Ascension + creature combo.

It speaks tons about this set's quality that we feel the need to get excited by cards like this
