Mardu Rabblemaster anyone?

Protects against Drown in Sorrow and Anger of the Gods.

I have a feeling that RWB Rabblemaster will be a tier 1 deck post rotation

It's not bad. Could be a little awkward with Rabblemaster also in the three slot, but I could see a deck that curves out at three playing this. The only issue with that is that decks that curve out at three probably won't be playing three colors. That said, it works well with Foundry Street Denizen and gives some insurance against non-destructive sweepers.

Akroan Hoplite as Rabblemaster 2.0?

It could take the place of Hall of Triumph. But my main concern is of course the casting cost. You have to start looking at a manabase like this:

4x Mana Confluence
4x Battlefield Forge
4x Caves of Koilos
4x Bloodstaind Mire

And that's just rather painful. Going the aggro horde route with Mono Red, or maybe Rg or Rb, is probably preferable because of the available fetches.
