They're really upping the ante on Carnophage these days.
I am doubtful this card will see play in a constructed capacity in a standard that has desecration demon and pack rat in it, and otherwise it is a vanilla 3/3 flier with a drawback that doesn't matter that much. I would say the card would need several more pushes to see play.

I am inclined to agree right now. I was thinking about picking up a playset since they're only $1.50, but I get a sinking feeling the price will drop below $1.
