Nobody should hammer until imopen provides his analysis and TubeHunter catches up lest they invoke my wrath.
You Called? :)

Catchup yo!
meh. I doubt I'm going to gleam anything substantial, especially if my slot is the most suspicious one today.
I don’t like this mindset. If you are town, why not try to dig yourself out of this hole? Just going "Meh who cares" puts you in a bad light, more like defeated scum than anything else. I really don't like this.
How's the fence feeling?
Boring '-'
Wat? Did you just admit to fence sitting? You do know that that isn't a town characteristic right?
<- @office.
Seriously, you can't expect anything more than one-liners, at the moment.

Instead of pushing me you could just read my other game(s) and discover by yourself I'm town as usual.
I'd like to hear your opinion on raspy and imopen, if you've got free time.
Red nihilist starts again hand waving and not producing actual
content. This really reminds me of bioshock mafia me. Not producing very much content, hand waving arguments, strangely self confident (as Z pointed out) and instead of answering questions decides to throw out meaningless ones of his own. In future days i think this is well worth a look.

vote rcw
Weird, you don’t have any justification for a vote?
The best thing we could do is to have everyone post "I am Town" and have suga choose who to investigate. I'll start (I guess CM kinda already started)

I am town
Hmmmm

That requires Suga to be alive during the night, so not the lynch target. Aren't you still voting him?

I am town.
Double Hmmmmmmm
Unvote
This could be interseting, we might want to revisit this later.

Do you have any plans to actually contribute? Or do you just want to faff about?
so Z is town.

re: PBPA, not doing one this game. takes too long.
re: reasons for reads, they're overrated. plus I'm in a slot that claimed roleblocker and was still at ~4 votes last page. I'm dying very soon, hence the apathy.

also I hate replacing into boring games. and replacing into day 1 (well, moreso than replacing in on d2+). meh.

Z where should I vote.
If your town, why the apathy? Shouldn't you ya know..... try to do anything?

On 469 Witchhunt makes a big post on Hamfactorial, dies the next night? Hm.

ISO makes some big ass posts. I like those big ass posts.
[quote="RedNihilist » Thu Jan 16, 2014 6:54 am[/url
Why didn't you want to say anything about imopen before rcw? Afraid to put your opinion out there in case you have to vote imopen after rcw's case?
I didn't want to overcommit.
I'm just a cautious person, and at the time I didn't want to desperately stop a wagon on a player I still feel like will turn out to be scum rather than just motivate people to think "out of the tracks".
Let me know if I'm missing anything.
What do you think is so bad about “thinking out of the tracks?”
I've always been sincere in my posting, so I'm pretty positive that two different instances of TownNihilist from two different games will be similar enough to clear me. [/quote]

Oh yes, because no scum has ever played like they do when they are town to avoid suspicion. Your excuses for not posting keep getting worse. Im almost temped to lynch you instead. Why am I wanting to lynch wraithpie again?

Oh wait that’s why.

So then Suga gets lynched and Witchunt dies, and were back on the pie wagon. Pie makes a ragequit post and and ham keeps lurking and shit.

Yeah, I’d be ready to lay down the hammer if everyone else is fine
with it.

Scum reads for tomorrow.

InflatablePie (Heliod) (6): Iso, Void, rezombad, zemanjaski, Captain Murphy, hamfactorial
Iso (Thassa) (1): rcwraspy

Not voting: TubeHunter, imopen2, RedNihilist, InflatablePie

The council of gods decides quickly as Thassa and Nylea lead the case against Heliod. Ephara, Iroas and Karametra join in holding him once the decision is made. Heliod struggles in his rage as Kruphix approaches him.

"Yes, it is as I have foreseen it," says Kruphix as he slides a long knife from his sleeve. "You were there, I was here, and I say something profound. Now what was it... Ah, yes. You only live once."

Kruphix slides the dagger easily into Heliod's chest as the God of the Sun cries out in anger and pain. After a moment he frowns. Then Kruphix frowns. Then Heliod looks
down at the knife still lodged in his chest.

Kruphix draws the blade from Heliod and the Sun god stands up strait and proud. "Well, now that is unexpected," says Kruphix in confusion.

InflatablePie cannot be lynched or killed this Day or the following Night. The votecount has been reset. Day 2 deadline is set for February 3.

Ephara didn't much care for the way Kruphix tried to kill Heliod. Thassa and Iroas quickly agree.

"You fools! This is not how it's supposed to be! Only my vision can stop what's going to happen! By killing me you will doom yourselves and the rest of this pathetic plane!"

Erebos and Athreos are unmoved by Kruphix's pleas, and go to hold Kruphix as Keranos unceremoniously plunges an electrified hand into Kruphix's chest. Moments later the prophet collapses, fading quickly into the starry sky of Nyx.

The fates nod once the
deed is done, and tell the Pantheon of Kruphix's plans and ambitions. Most importantly, they tell of his aspiration to lead the Pantheon himself.
hamfactorial's role PM
You are Kruphix, Prophet of the Gods.
God of the prophets, horizons and the dawn, you have caught glimpses of a future in turmoil. A desolate land wracked by disaster and death, with no power left to watch over Theros. You will not let that happen. Being able to see into the future gives you unique insight and the ability to prevent this tragedy, but some of the gods don’t see it that way, preferring to squabble and debate like they always have. They must be made to see. A new age is coming, and you intend to be its dawn.

You win when the Pantheon is under your command.

The remaining gods celebrate the victory for a time, but with a somber undertone to their merriment. All know
that this will continue until the rest of your fratricidal kin are found. Still, this night the wine flows and the gods dance, trying to forget their duties for a time.

All minds are brought quickly back to their troubles, however, as Iroas collapses, nearly crushing Karametra with his equine bulk. He takes a final breath and looks about to speak for a moment before losing his strength and laying his head to rest. The stars beneath his surface are showing as everyone looks at each other (and at their wine glasses) uncertainly. There will be no more festivities tonight.
zemanjaski's role PM
You are Iroas, God of War.
God of honour and of victory, you are the patron god of Akros. It is in the battles of mortals, in the hearts and souls of men, where true divinity can be witnessed. That divinity residing within mortals must be protected, at any cost. You are troubled by Mogis’s disappearance, however. Your twin has
always lusted after death, and you worry that all this may just be a stage for his final act. Worse yet, your soldier’s instinct tells you that you may be next.

You win when all threats to the Pantheon have been eliminated.
It is now Night 2. No posting! Day 3 will start in 72 hours.

Day 3 - A Plane Rocked

Image

Day breaks over a land in turmoil. Through the night the land shook, peaks erupted and fault lines opened beneath man and beast alike. It is becoming clear to the mortal people: the stability of Theros is failing along with its gods.

Looking down on the wreckage of Akros, the gods watch as the mortal people attempt to rebuild in the wake of the devastation. Devastation you yourselves have caused. Devastation that you know will continue in the coming weeks. All the remaining gods of the Pantheon have once again convened in the council halls of Nyx, resolved to mend this damaged plane. Well, all but one. Purphoros is nowhere to be found. After a time Nylea does find him - a lone constellation in the starry sky.
rcwraspy's role PM
You are [b:
3ef7hz6q]Purphoros, God of the Forge
[/b].
God of the forge, of fire and passion, you are the divine blacksmith, crafting the landscape and stirring the hearts of both men and god alike. You are honored by artisans and metalworkers, and by those in need of the purging power of flame. Creation born of destruction and destruction born of creation is a cycle that must remain unbroken. The selfish gods who threaten that cycle must be stopped.

You win when all threats to the Pantheon have been eliminated.
It is now Day 3. With 8 alive it is 5 to lynch.
