This is my current decklist along with a list of cards I've identified as things I want to be able to play in this deck. (YES, I HAVE TWO TRIBAL BIRD DECKS)

Celestial Gatekeeper
Commander Eesha
Crookclaw Transmuter
Dragonstalker
Esper Cormorants
Gustcloak Savior

Wild Aesthir
Windbrisk Raptor

Call to the Kindred

Possible cuts for the cards I want to include? Anything I've missed?

Take out: Aven Riftwatcher, Talon Trooper, Ageless Sentinels, Silver Erne, Steeple Roc, Dovescape (why do you want your opponent's benefiting from your feather counters?), Whispersilk Cloak, Aven Fateshaper

Put in: Aven Mindcensor, Mirror Entity, Aven Brigadier, Celestial Gatekeeper, Gustcloak Savior, Commander Eesha, Crookclaw Transmuter, Windbrisk Raptor

Also, Noble Templar, Basalt Monolith and Dreamstone Hedron don't seem great for this deck. The latter two accelerate you into... what exactly? Your curve is pretty low. Maybe Plains, Call to the Kindred and... something else instead? I think you'll still have enough mana that way.

You might also consider Door of Destinies and Coat of Arms if you want more anthems. Coat gets pretty messy though.

My general is quite mana-hungry if I want her to be good, that's why I run the Basalt Monolith and Hedron. Noble Templar isn't acceleration persay, but I could see him being cut.

Why don't you like Steeple Roc?

I don't like Steeple Roc because he's a 3/1 for 5 mana with no relevant abilities besides flying.

And I forgot about Kangee taking a ton of mana. Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo are probably better than the Hedron and Monolith though.

Gilded Lotus and Thran Dynamo both need to be added to the list, yes.

But as far as birds go, Steeple Roc is one of the better ones when it comes to combat. *shrug*
