I really like the one with Ash. It's artistic.

I've been using one of these on Salvation. I don't have Photoshop so I have to make crappy banners. I like the font though. Feel free to use it if you want, or build off it for making it prettier.

I'm not Photoshop savvy at all, but it seems to me that we should really be incorporating THE "dies to removal" card, Dismember.

I got it in my "kit" from one of the editing companies I contract for. They send you an entire Microsoft suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sony Vegas. I've never used any of 'em, I don't even edit in Word, I work in Notepad.

I was more or less instigating a "download an installer for the program and you can have my activation key."

I would take you up on that offer but A) Madding would use it more and B) you weren't offering it to me anyway

The .com looked pretty crappy in the font. If someone has a better font I should try, I'm all ears. I'd never really used Photoshop before, these were just "I've been derping for 20~ mins and this is what I came up with."

I didn't center them on purpose, I figured they would be nested at the top left, so that's why the text is positioned at bottom left. Ideally I wanted to do some that faded to transparency, but I have to screw around more with CS6 to figure out how to do that.

At the risk of being "that guy", what is the status on the fair use for these WOTC copyrighted images? maybe we could check their publicity kit or something? Ask WOTC what is their stance, etc...

I really like that font with the Dismember, but again, I personally wouldn't rock one without the .com, literally nobody knows about the site yet and would think you're just making a quip about the overused "dies to removal" argument.

That's true. And these can all be added to a potential list for the top of the site (although I believe it is a copyright issue and won't be allowed if it has Magic art).

However Checkbox if you use that big beautiful brain of yours you'd know I am talking about Alex making banners for people to use as advertising sigs on other websites when I say the .com should be there.

Maybe do versions of both so we can use them however we want.
