The thing is that you can't know what I was thinking when I posted that. Was I joking or was I serious? Sure I think a lot of what Tuna says is bull, but you can't know for a fact that I don't consider him knowledgeable about women.

Since there was nothing at all to suggest I was anything but sincere in that post then the infraction is completely arbitrary. Look at it in a vacuum and pretend you have no knowledge of myself or Tuna - is there anything inherently wrong with that post? It only becomes spam if you assume I'm being facetious.

It's not really a threat. If someone wants to post on a forum like mtgs you literally can not stop them. Staff never have control and they know it. They just desperately need the illusion of control for things to go smoothly.

My first act upon moving into my house was putting in a hot tub. It worked well for me, I'd definitely suggest you consider it.

And yes, the whole point of key lime pie is the rich texture. Key Lime cookies are an abomination against the laws of God and man.

That's fair, and I certainly don't want to pressure you if you're going to be busy moving into your new house and all, but you might want to look into options on a large lump sum to fund all of this now while interest rates are still in the depression-era toilet. Getting a second mortgage later on is a hyooge hassle.
