Although on the other hand that move does do a pretty good job of illustrating why I'm dismissive of modern chess theory. Since it's a static move, modernists can give a King's Side castle a value of 1.25 (Queen's is 1.75), but I'll be damned if I think that's worth more than a pawn in that situation.

Yeah, there was a better move I should have made instead. Maybe next time.

Pendulem, Kaitscralt, I just think that whoever it was needs demodding and possibly banning. Thats the last ill say about MTGS 2012 stupidity, if it annoyed you what I was posting then my bad, ill shut the hell up about it now.
Meh, don't mistake me, man, it pisses me off too, and I don't agree with Kaitscralt's synopsis that the statute of limitations has run out on the accusations, either. But... well, think about it for a second.
1. Last winter, Curse is looking around for more real e-state to buy up. It can be assumed that this is generally what they do in their spare time.
2. The administration over at Salve makes some bad decisions, and the value of the site suffers.
3. Curse puts in a tentative offer to purchase this
devalued site.
4. This information is leaked like holy hell, further devaluing the site. Curse, ahem, begins prolonged negotiation.
5. The fallout of their leaks causes the administration to go on what can only be called a crusade to find them, which A)
further devalues the site and B) means they're not prepared for
6. An exploitable vulnerability in the software causes a cross-site scripting... anomaly,
further devaluing the site.
7. Curse buys the site.
8. Attempts are made at several times to palliate the group most unfairly affected by the leak, but otherwise the administration team is allowed to continue its business unmolested... although, in all fairness and to keep this line of reasoning from falling into conspiracy theories bordering on Area 51 levels of bullshit, the only actual job proffered is to a technician who wasn't even involved with the site at the time of the troubles. Despite what some might call an impending PR nightmare,
the possible leakers are not removed from their position, nor do they remove themselves.
So with this body of purely public evidence at your disposal, I draw a fairly objective conclusion that if you could prove the identity of the leak, they probably wouldn't face the consequences you're asking for... hell, the part of me that loves the Bloop wonders if they wouldn't get a parade instead.

Funnily enough I was banned for "planning actions that would disrupt this site and the community" after I sent a PM to ein that I was basically going to go out with a bang because I had enough of how shit the MTGS forums was running at the time.
The irony being I was going to post Nai red text that was at the gutter in CI.................... A few weeks later others did it instead.

Well, it's not like I personally ascribe to it, but I will say I find the Curse's (non)reaction to someone directly disobeying an order that cost the company quite a bit of credibility to be rather confusing.

HiJack This! isn't an anti-virus. It just removes malware and other hooks into browsers and the registry. It's not saying, "Please, you should HiJack this", it's saying "You want to hijack my browser, no, hijack this!"
One of the best tools out there to clean up malware.
