I'm not really sure what's happened to rule you up (someone edited a post of yours?) but ill point out that it's not appropriate to direct that kind of hate speech towards me. We're friends I believe :)

I edit posts around the site all the time, almost every day in fact. Most people don't notice / don't care.

Since you're part of multiple hidden sub forums to be a bad little boy in and the two shittiest people don't post here anymore (redthirst and Alex), I thought some of the horrible stereotypes about FoS might go away

It wasn't directed at you, James.

Someone editing one of my posts in an attempt to censor me is rather irritating, so that's probably showing up in the way I'm posting right now.

And I would never direct any hate speech towards you.

However, after some thought, I do realize now that since this thread is available to be seen by the public,I should probably be a little more careful about how I say things and what words I select.

Fair enough. I may have overreacted.

Looks like I have a draft video by our own Australian guy to watch during lunch. Judging by the comments I expect to slap the screen on multiple occassions. Nevermind the fact that I too am terrible at limited.

Some of the feedback is very reasonable (I agree, should've taken Aven Surveyor which might have allowed for UG instead) some is awful (everyone saying I should've switched to white with no fixing).

Z:

Why does CFB constantly refer to you as red mage, even when you're writing about UW Heroic and non-red decks? I understand you have a reputation, but it seems like they'd want to broaden your market instead of constraining it to red.

RW is pretty strong right now.

It's one of many OK decks sure. You need a very compelling reason to play a non-Seige Rhino deck and I don't feel that RW does that. Deck is playable but not as powerful as some others.

P1P5 I would have picked Jungle Hollow over your second Hunt the Weak. I know you're not certain what your second and third colors will be, but GB occupies two different wedges which makes it highly likely you end up playing it.

P1P11 - I prefer Rugged Highlands here. I can't see a situation where you'd play a second Ancestral Vengeance, and I think cutting off black here is overrated.

P2P2 - as you said, this is really close. I think I like Parapet more here since you're not certain you'll play white and your deck looks like it wants to stall for fatties.

P2P4 - definitely Throttle.

P2P5 - definitely the Falls.

P3P1 - you really missed out on Abzan Guide here. The big difference between it and Bondkin is that you can morph Guide without white mana. Since you have zero white fixing currently, it's your best option. It's also the better card.

P3P2 - if you had made the correct pick before, Blossoming Sands would have been the clear choice here.

P3P4 - hey look another Blossoming Sands...

Overall I thought the draft was fine, but your whiff on P3P1 cascaded (hindsight being 20/20) and you could have had a much better deck.

Also, turn down your game sound completely when streaming. The viewer should hear nothing besides your voice.

Frank Karsten says RW is statistically second only to Abzan midrange right now and the margin was not huge.

Last weekend, Mark Nestico ( SCG writer ) won a PTQ in Tampa with RW and another Tampa local won a PPTQ with it over the weekend as well. Plus I took down that grueling win a box tournament on Saturday with RW. It's safe to say that its a pretty good deck.

I've been playing the deck since before States and, while the version I played wasn't anywhere near the final form it is now, I can't fathom why it wasn't this popular sooner. FTR only improved it slightly.
