For Blackhound is dead, dead ere his prime.
Young Blackhound, and hath not left his peer:
Who would not sing for Blackhoud? he knew
Himself to sing, and build the lofty rhyme.
He must not flote upon his watry bier
Unwept, and welter to the parching wind,
Without the meed of som melodious tear.

It was due to my increased activity (2 posts) and the fact that laying off gimmick accounts has changed.

Have you joined our school for Gimmickry and Witchcraft? It's not cheap but you'll not get caught again unless you want to.

How much are you charging ?

Particularly in Community Issues, where we've seen a disturbing increase in forbidden discussion topics and discretionary suspensions for providing calm, rational feedback on controversial issues.

The question has been answered, so :lock:

Two new posts since the jeffbcrandall essay (one from Manders), both have been ignored. Ironically, one of them is a comment about votan being unnecessarily dismissive.

PhyrexianExile:
Is there a way to delete my entire MTGS profile, as well as my blog?

I have tried deleting individual blog entries, but it keeps telling me that I do not have access.

I'm sure I will incur yet another infraction for this post...but I am attempting to leave so I would hope that would detract from the problem. Thanks.
Later...

PhyrexianExile:
Because I've gotten infracted for some really stupid things/seen others infracted for the same, so I always expect to receive one regardless.

It's fine, I just didn't want to clutter up the website with my nonsense now that I am staying away from it. I don't mind leaving up all of my posts, but just thought I would check.

So despite the fact they have known that I was a banned user logging in on a gimmick for the past 4 odd months (but didnt ban me or certain gimmicks other people have because Boubs told them not to) They have now only just decided to ban me a few days after my comment regarding the GRRRRRRR thread.
Its because they are morally corrupt :teach:

Seriously, Galspanic banned DJBlackDiamond (my wife's MTGS account) a few hours after I told here I would never appeal in the MTGS rape cave.

Seriously though, hit me up if you need a gimmick with CI access, I can give you one with an unique identity, you wouldn't want to miss all the fun of Staff witheknighting Teita and suspending/banning whoever thinks she is not fit to be a moderator.

Much appreciated Viglante, its a shame really cuz there have been improvments over the past few months but the whole distrust is still there for good reason.

I'm hoping he's just taking the time to think about what he says before he posts again.

I certainly hope he's not planning on ignoring it.

weird, you'd think the mods would say something about the infractions. oh wait nope.

The first reply to the OP was the_cardfather (eg. the mod squad) with this:
Why do people always assume they are going to get infracted for asking a question?
Then Belgareth had this:
Sadly this is becoming a more commonly accepted viewpoint, as I have tried to point out to the admins. The degree of clarity in the rules and what can and can't be infracted is getting blurry in some areas of site.
The pile-on continued with SirZapdos:
People routinely get yellow-carded in the Magic Rulings forum for not using card tags, even if the responders would probably know
the cards by heart. Granted, not using card tags is against the rules, but it must be disheartening for someone to sign up, ask their question, and then get immediately infracted.
Then votan stepped in and completely ignored all the previous comments about infractions.

ok but do we need to have the same conversation with a rotation of administrator names for 5 months when clearly passive aggressively commenting about another magic site like they can't just click this thread URL isn't going to do something
