Yes, definitely those types.
Another Dead MTG Board

Pretty sure you play this guy as a Goblin Piker, get in a few hits (somehow?) then donate him only once you're able to close the game with the burn that's on top of your deck. Easy turn 5 win.Lulz. Spend 2 turns playing and donating this dude, then another card to kill the dude you gave them, to net zero cards.
Yeah sure, no problem making another subforum if you believe it will get content. No like a new section under the EDH/Commander thread overview...
Now there is : 1v1 Decklists, Multiplayer Decklists
addd one for Tiny Leaders..
"1 vs 1 Commander Decklists, Multiplayer Commander Decklists, Tiny Leaders Decklists"
I think there's more to this card than that. Anything this cheap with "draw two" attached is just begging to be broken.Lulz. Spend 2 turns playing and donating this dude, then another card to kill the dude you gave them, to net zero cards.
It's just super-restrictive legacy. It has none of the charm of edh. It's basically a mashup of Commander and Legacy. Commander players hate Legacy because it's a tryhard format. Legacy players hate Commander because it's a format for dirty casuals. Tiny Leaders is attempting to find a middle ground.
Maybe my inner Johnny isn't strong, but I think decks looking to draw two cards will just play Treasure Cruise instead of trying to build around an effect attached to a marginal creature.I think there's more to this card than that. I'm thinking more along the lines of combo decks in non-rotating formats. It's clearly lacking on its own. I don't think you'd play it unless your deck could break it.Maybe my inner Johnny isn't strong, but I think decks looking to draw two cards will just play Treasure Cruise instead of trying to build around an effect attached to a marginal creature.I think there's more to this card than that. Jeez, I've turned into such a tryhard
Or I don't know maybe something like:Red dryad arbor : a 1/1 goblin mountain with haste that deals you 2 damages every time you tap it (either for attacking or for mana).
dear God is she ugly
Yeah, it needs to be part of a deck with instant speed untap effects to really abuse it. Jeskai Ascendancy certainly comes to mind.I'm thinking more along the lines of combo decks in non-rotating formats. It's clearly lacking on its own. Yes, Twin was the first deck that came to mind. It's a draw four with Pestermite and Exarch and you can make copies of it if you don't yet have the combo.Yeah, it needs to be part of a deck with instant speed untap effects to really abuse it. It's a draw engine with Kiki-Jiki, at least
It's a Johnny card, to be sure. I agree that's it's probably awful, but you can't deny that there are a lot of two card combos to draw two cards off this guy for free. Unfortunately, there are also lots of two card combos that win you the game, so...Trap card is a trap.
