High Tide takes under 10 including shuffling if you are competent. I have seen Eggs fizzle so often that I really can't justify conceding outside of time constraints. The fact that it made every round of that GP go 10+ minutes over time makes everyone miserable even if they don't face it all weekend.

High tide unimpeded should take less than that, actually it can be done in 5 minutes, it's when you bluff counter magic is when it starts become an issue

I did say competent, not a veteran. It doesn't matter the reason. If it takes that long and causes that many problems, match losses should be handed out. They banned it right after that tournament because of all the problems it caused.

Rabble red is also way better vs. UW/jund, but much worse vs. other agro decks then burn. You're probably better against black though, so that's a huge feather in the hat when deciding.
