If order is nothing more than the exposition of the real, then blathering, exposing and revealing, is the penultimate of communication. The mouths of the gibbering can give nothing but truth, and all lies are eventually brought into the harsh light of day to be eradicated. Thus to be a madman, a scumbag, is truly the epitome of human endeavor.
Unless, of course, the base assertion is incorrect, in which case the keys to the kingdom are getting passed to the worst possible recipients.
