Or like the time I went to Mexico City back in college and we had a 5am flight, meaning we had to be there at 3, so we were like we're not paying a hotel night for just a couple of hours and we went mariachiing until two, then straight to the airport and there was nothing open to get food and then I got the very last row on the plane and couldn't recline the god-damned thing but I passed out anyway and I was so hungry but didn't wake up until they were picking stuff up for landing and with a sore neck too.

So, my coworker went to Belize last week (zero COVID-19 cases) and returned via El Salvador (also zero cases) last Thursday. On his El Salvador-Guatemala connection flight was also Guatemala's patient zero.

Authorities tried to reach him on Friday for quarantine, but he didn't learn of this until late night. He spent all day sitting 4 meters (about 12 feet) away from me, and we shared a pizza for lunch.

He hasn't experienced any symptoms yet. Meanwhile I've had a cold turned cough for over a week.

Working from home since Tuesday, schools shut down on Monday.

I've got plenty of beer and alcohol for this weekend. Considering throwing a Zoom party.
