The man is an artist.
Hairy asses are his medium - the world is his canvas.
Some men just want to watch the world burn. Others just want to take pictures of butt crack.

Asscrack, 1R Instant
Players can't gain life this turn. Damage can't be prevented this turn. Asscrack deals damage to each player equal to twice the amount of exposed asscrack that player controls in inches, rounded up.

He messed up by actually playing in the event.. that gives the authorities the belief that he's using it as a way to gain an advantage in-game (and, to be fair, he might have been). Now, if he'd shown up
just to take pictures, not only does it make the act more legitimate, but literally the only repercussion he could have suffered would be to be removed from premises by mall (or whatever) security, and good luck making even that work:
Event Organizer: You need to kick this man out, he's taking pictures!
Mall Cop: So, he's
not a reporter or whatever? Looks like he's doing a news story or something.
EO: Well, he is, but it's about people being nerdy!
Mall Cop: .... .... Er....
EO: Just trust me, he's making us look bad!
Mall Cop: Sir, I'm a friggin' mall security guard. you really sure I'm the best person to be discussing about a particular group's bad image [with airquotes] with?

Worst part about this? Some players did exactly that in the 90s era. Neutral Grounds, NYC. Sometimes you need to bring spray deodorant for the air around you just to focus on playing.

We have a guy who sets his phone on the table next to him so he can listen to his rap music and sing along to it. And it's just some of the foulest lyrical content that genre has to offer. But I don't think he's doing it on purpose. I just think he's trying too hard to be a thug.
Because playing Magic makes you hard as fuck.

I think that adding hygiene standards to the DCI floor rules would help the game expand it's playerbase. Women, in my own personal experience, are less likely to put up with foulness to play. My faghag is an amazing raw talent, but she only plays kitchen table and prereleases because some of the nauseating players. She finds the misogyny hilarious, and relishes beating the shit out of people who think they got a bye because they're paired with a woman, but that attitude scares away a lot of the perspective female players.

Hell if I know. I spent all day today listening to Ministry, if that gives you an idea of how much I know about hip hop.

Last sunday my girlfriend beat an Esper Control player at a local PTQ.
The guy dropped from the tournament.
Fun times.

Misogyny just means you're an ignorant prick. In my experience, Magic players are some of the worst people.

James? I have been recently working with an Australia-based company and I'm wondering why they said some "compliments" in the usual culture towards women can be considered harassment in Australian culture. Any input on this?

I went to draft on Sunday and two girls (who happen to play with their boyfriends) played in the tournament. Everyone was very nice to them. It was nice to see. It would have been nicer if they weren't heffers, but whatevs

It's a thing, gay men and straight women go together like peanut butter and chocolate, in that they're fun together, but chocolate is never going to fuck peanut butter, even though peanut secretly hopes one day chocolate will.

No, that's definitely cleaner. The only name that comes to mind on his playlist is Rick Ross. Like I said, I don't listen to hip hop or know anything about it. I'm not saying its crap, just that its not my thing.
It usually goes something like this:
Him:
*singing* "Ride that dick bitch, if you a thick bitch, she fuck three niggas she a slick bitch"
Me: "Omar, dude, situation awareness..."
Him:
*realizes his opponent is, like, 10 years old* "Oh, shit! Sorry little dude..."
Me:
He's an okay guy.

Let girls play magic. I'm no white knight, but I'll be damned if they aren't just as welcome to be there.
I did have a bad experience with a female player at GP Kitakyushu, but that was because she was new/ not because of her gender. In hindsight I should have just called the judge.
I have three good female friends who play magic and they're just like one of the guys.
Stop being scared of girls.
