this is a problem because the radiator at my new place is in some metal box with holes in it, but i'm thinking there's a flap on the box. i don't know this for sure yet because this is the first time my radiator being on has been an issue.

so far it's in a metal thing like back in elementary school when they were in the wall and those little slats would be open to let heat out. however, i think i can jimmy that thing open and see if it's a normal-type radiator that i has a valve i can turn off or down. if yes what a blessing as it's currently too goddamn stuffy for anyone's good in there.
