1 croissant
2 slices of salami
2 slices of 5 y.o. cheddar cheese
Stone ground mustard

Cut the croissant in half lengthwise. Opening it up, put mustard on one side, then put salami on top of that. Put cheese on the other side. Put in oven on broil at 400F for 7 minutes, or until the cheese starts to bubble. Slap it together and enjoy!

You can add spinach in there too if you like (after cooking). I've also tried it with ceasar dressing instead of mustard, but that wasn't quite as tasty.
