There are many cards on MTGO that don't deserve the price tag (looking at you, Fulminator Mage), which confuses me and makes me think there's something going on that I don't understand. I think having a playset of fetches, shocks, Snapcaster Mage is worthwhile, so I think I'll sink some of the prize packs from my LED quest into staples.

Always a good idea to turn rotating cards into staples; but I wouldn't touch fetches, they're being reprinted at the end if the year.

I bought my MTGO fetch sets last year (excepting Misty Rainforest) and turned my paper Tarns into Lilianas after the DRS ban announcement. If I'd waited another month for the Pro Tour I could have made more money, but $55 LotV was hard to pass up.

LP said that the ONS fetches were being reprinted, do you know something different?

No that's correct, but it will affect prices for all fetches.

Excellent, it will be nice to have all the fetches available in Modern. Bloodstained Mire, I have my eye on you.

I guess the subject covers it. My friends are being lazy or they are flat out not communicating whatsoever and the others dont have as much time to devote to it as I do. im looking to put in like 4-6 hours a day minimum. Im tired of the amateur circuit and im looking to go big time.

Btw that means if u are 50 - 50 in limited you dont loose anything. Being better (going up to 60) gives you huge boosts, especially in premier events (they only charge 2 TIXES plus PACKS to participate. IT IS SAME AS DAILY)

Holy Crap so I can run PE for 2 tix in limited??

I check my limited rating apparently I'm 1798 which means I have a greater then 60% win ratio, and since I only play limited during MOCS and random Core Sets I assume I had legit wins.

That said I'm undoubtedly green with THS sealed so I'll take any advice Kait and IO2 has too offer.

In my splurge I bought:

4x snapcasters
4x each shockland (I now have 4-10 of each)
8x nykthos (I have 20 now)
12x rest in peace (they are .3 tix and it seems like that isn't correct)

WHY 12x Rest in Peace and Nykthos??? I can't really see Wizard printing more love for Dredge anytime soon nor can I see devotion being huge outside standard (yes, I'm aware about fish - but they don't run that many spells which cost 4+).

Snapcasters is good though (I only have 3), Shockland is good (post rotation during Modern season they may increase) I also have 4x of each (same with fetch lands, though sources tell me they'll devalue soon).

Nykthos is just such a powerful ability and it's so cheap could be a bad call but I can't imagine it ever costing much less than 2 tix so it's probably a safe gamble. RIP...it is just such efficient and hard to deal with grave hate and I feel like 30 cents is a steal

Nykthos has potential to be broken in the long term and RIP is among the best GY hate ever printed (and excellent for white). While his specs likely won't blow up to fetchland levels, they're both likely to drift up as Modern matures.

Its quite good, I wonder if we can hit 10k by the end of the year (just need to snipe the guys in the potyr to join clan and we'll have it easy).
