Unresolved issues with his mother, I suspect. You'd have to ask Dr. Crumper.

That guy took everything that didn't matter too seriously and then took none of the things that did seriously.

So Rudy Giuliani was in the country this week, sharing tips on how to reduce crime. :monocle:

He said basically what everyone's been saying for a long time: we need to reduce police corruption and strengthen the judicial system.

Which is funny because while he was in the country, our courts were in turmoil over a crooked election of magistrates. :V

I've read ebola conspiracy theories of all sorts, ranging from "it's all lies, the epidemic isn't real" to "it's all lies, the powers that be infected people on purpose in order to install a new form of feudalism".

The conclusion that I drew is that I wander around the Internet a little too much.

Ben Affleck said it best (never thought id type that out), when this happens over in the third world, it's nothing modern science cant solve in due time. It hits America and were living in Brad Pitts World War Z.

This is no different to me than bird flu, swine flu, etc.

The only legit serious epidemic weve even had in like the last half century is AIDS. Much like Aids, ebola is not airborne. Unlike Aids, people generally arent having sex with ebola patients.
Bird flu and swine flu are very similar to your run-of-the-mill influenza, and nothing to be concerned about since they kill basically no one who wouldn't die from a regular flu anyway. Ebola kills "between 25% and 90%" of those affected, which simultaneously tells you that the first world is a damn fine place to live and that it's about 100x more deadly than the flu no matter where you live.

So you should be at least a little bit more concerned, but probably still not very concerned.

You have to wade around in another persons bodily fluids to contract it. Fuck off.

Whats got you mad socially these days Thrillho?

Ebola?
Ebola is a load of shit to scare you out of anything that actually matters.

Tech is a shitty sector to work in if you're a woman. I mean more than all of the others. I'm not really on a crusade about it, though, that's just the most recent "social justice bullshit" I've been on about lately

Why are your wife or children playing with bodily fluids of people infected with Ebola?

If my son had ebola I'd be in big trouble.

Anyway, I'm not saying you should be scared of ebola, I'm saying you should be more scared of ebola than of swine flu (unless you are elderly or otherwise in danger of dying due to a cough and fever).

That's like saying you should be more scared of a terrorist bombing than getting hit by a car at a crosswalk because you're doing really well in candy crush
