Really difficult to do when mods don't get infracted/punished for doing the exact same things users are doing (i.e. flaming), as we've seen in this exact thread (Parinoid, Gals, etc). Also the rage-quitting threads by mods/admins has got to stop. It is your job to handle these types of issues, you don't exactly get to decide when you've "had enough", unless you are resigning.

Perhaps instead of flaming users, you guys could set the example and actually moderate?

If that's not possible, at least get it straight within yourselves
what the difference between "flaming" and "just telling the truth" is, cause there seems to be some confusion in the ranks with regards to that particular distinction.

My dad bought a Judge a couple months ago. I think it's overkill but it's so awesome regardless.

I believe that she's trying to defend her use of the word of the word "bitchy" by saying that it's ok for her to use it because she's female and trying to "reclaim" the word. It is similar to how people of Italian descent can call each other "dego", which at one point was a highly offensive slur. It's ok for an Italian to call another Italian a dego, but it's not ok for a non-Italian to use it. Since women are the main targets of
the word "bitch", she's saying it's ok for her to use it.
