Yeah, variants on that deck are all about prompting red mage table-flipping ragequits.

I miss ghostfire, and keldon megaliths, but at least he still dies to mutavault and hammer tokens, and blue permanents is still nearly an oxymoron. I think I actully fear him more in legacy, because he vials in easily in fish, and with multiple lords of atlantis he's a fucking nightmare. Unfortunately (or fortunately) I have been too busy worrying about draft and standard to pay much attention to eternal formats.

Like I don't already hate fish enough for being able to laugh off my price of progresss. Of course I dodge their back to basics so I guess we can call it a
push.

the worse part of the master of waves deck is they can chump and stall and then still play elspeth....

I beat it in the finals of an 8-man last night; it's a good deck.

If this is a real deck then electrickery becomes a sideboard option. It doesn't get the master but at least it gets the waves.

Haven't seen any list besides your own UB build Z but I assume the UR version uses Master of Waves and YP$ to make 2/1 and 2/2 tokens to take over the game?

4 architects of thought AND a memory adept plus an extra in the board?!?!?!?!?! ZOMGWTFBBQ, somebody either didn't remember the new legend rule, or they have biggest jace boner anyone has had since worldwake.

And 3 thassas? I'm sure there's good reasons for all of the numbers there, but I don't see the logic atm. At least my hunch that omenspeaker was playable has held up.

I'm just glad I'm tapping mountians, because I really don't want to pilot that pile.

@Khaospawn, have you heard the new Trivium album yet? It's not out yet, but they stream the entire album at http://trivium.org/vengeancefalls/

Very solid stuff!
I've heard a few of the songs already from watching their recent live shows on YouTube.

Thanks for the link!

edit: OMFG, Incineration is the shit! Why are all of their songs about fire amazing?? Ember to Inferno, To Burn the Eye, Anthem (We are the Fire), Watch the World Burn, Of Prometheus and the Crucifix, and Incineration are
just fucking great! All songs my absolute favorite!
Yeah, that's a good one! But I haven't listened enough to find my favorites yet.

Well Jace:AoT is a 4 of probably because blue doesn't have a strong (or any) draw engine besides him and Sphinx this part of the season. A blue player without a way to pack a hand full of answers might as well be dead.

I didn't say the deck was good, I said it won States. :p And for whatever reason, SCG has this one result posted in their decklists section along with all the Open results
and such. Thus, as was observed, the pile will be showing up on MTGO...tap mountain, collect tix.

Met girl in person at LGS. Confirmed woman, was even wearing skinny jeans, so confirmed vagina attached.

Very short though. Like, 5'0"
short. Eh.
But short is good! Though not midget-short, that would be weird.
Not really my thing.
How tall are you though? While I like shorter girls I'd prefer if they are only around the height of my shoulder and not too smaller. I'm 5' 8" and that's already above average of men here in my country.
I'm 6'2".

I'm 6'6 and I'm into short girls. Mostly because they are both better in bed and easier for cuddling.

A Gruul list took 1st in New Hampshire States:

[deck]Matthew Badger, 1st Place NH[/deck]

I like that he made his mana base so as to minimize stumbles when he sides in Reckoner (which would be in red mirrors where he can't afford to stumble), but he could have had some awkard hands with Zealot (as well and with Ashley and Emmy getting into cat fights). Phoenix also seems hobbled in this list, even with the shapely lady of fire in the main. To many different directions...trying to
be both a Domri and a "red" deck.

I'll let Jerry and James move their own posts, preferably to their corresponding shameholes since they know better than to post lists here. :gonk:

For people who have played the matchup, is that Master of Waves deck a really tough matchup for mono-R? I'm planning to take a Red Fanatic of Mogis deck to States this Saturday. It seems to me that we can just kill everything ELSE and ignore the 2/1 body of Master itself. Chandra's +1 also conveniently lets our shocks and lightning strikes kill everything else in that list, except a creature-Thassa.

I actually like Scumbag, and the rest of the "staff" is irrelevant since they're not actual staff.

Quick recap for those of you who aren't mods:

According to certain useless moderators on this website, we're all "casuals who take themselves too seriously," meanwhile they hide in their hidden-from-public forums licking their wounds and crying about how mean MTGS was to them while being bratty.

I'm not doing any of the stuff I do for them. I'm doing it for us because I believe we've got a really solid group of talented players here that can really help teach people to play analytically.
