But since I'm in a good mood, I'm gonna provide DUX with a more extended version of Blackhound's question. Hopefully this may help clearing out any misunderstandings.

Back when I was on the staff of MTGS, rianalnn started a small crusade for decency in the mod lounge, disallowing foul words like poop and such. He even made us sign some pseudo-legal internet mumbo-jumbo about how "we as staff will always conduct ourselves with the highest aplomb, both in public and behind doors". He then started harassing me for using foul/colorful language in the Gutter, which essentially forced me to resign from staff.

Then at some point viperesque came with the gutter closure thread claiming that MTGS was undergoing a sanitization operation (little did we knew this was at the request of Curse), and
that "foul" places with "foul" language like the Gutter weren't going to be allowed any longer. This was at a stage when we already had been reading our own mirrors of the mod lounge, so at some point Blackhound posted in one of the CI threads about the drama asking "If foul language is something so bad, then why is Teia talking shit about the people he/She doesn't likes on the GRRR thread?" then Voltan came and told "oh yeah, that was back in the days, nowadays we've sanitized GRRR, noone talks shit any longer, and foul language is not allowed any longer".

This is why Blackhound seemed to be so confused about your statements that you used "colorful language" here and in the MTGS mod lounge once in a while.

I hope this clears out any misunderstandings about his query.

With this said DUX, hi have to warmly you for handing out the news that iridium have repealed those retarded regulations about profanity in private threads and forums.

So this obviously means that the Gutter is going to be reopened, right? I can't even begin to tell you how long have we waited for this blessed day!
