I see him almost as an 'older' brother that I never had.The more I get to know you, Ham, the more I realize you're a man of unfathomable wisdom.
He's the only person I know that knows Bringing Down the Horse as well as I do.
That album and M:TG are firmly implanted as a permanent fixture in life ever since 1996. I traded a Lord of the Pit for my very first CD.

In a pinch, Khaos' beard can help turn this around.
I rarely skip a Khaospawn wall of text because I know there is always piss at the end of the rainbow.

Put it all together.
We can drive it home Khaos.
With one headlight.

redthirst is redthirst, fifth Horseman of the Apocalypse. He was the leader of the Fires of Salvation, the only clan I'm aware of to get modded off the forums so hard they made their own forums.
Degenerate? Sure. Loudmouth? You bet. Law abiding? No ****ing way.
Great guy to have around? Hell yes.
I love the D...

I'm sure that "sometimes I think I'd like to watch it burn" meant that Jakob Dylan was a red mage.I see him almost as an 'older' brother that I never had.The more I get to know you, Ham, the more I realize you're a man of unfathomable wisdom.

Oh damn...now not only am I the single geek dad, but the ladies are making fun of me. I'm doomed...My wife, her sister, and her best friend all play Magic, and I see quite a few women at the local stores. Surprisingly, not all of them are jailbait.
Edit: My wife jokingly refers to Jerry as my boyfriend since we talk on the phone a lot.

Guess I'll just go out and get myself a yellow shirt with a black zig-zag around the bottom and accept my fate. Good grief...
With regards to Magic, I know (tangentially, anyway) a LOT of women who play around here but who
only come out for Sealed events. And to boot, a number of them end up 4-0'ing PR's as often as not. A number of them are uber-competitive...some of the biggest clock-watchers and rule sticklers I've ever played against. Not to say that the rules should not be followed, but rather saying that these ladies tend to question/challenge plays more often than the norm.

actually -4) Fate (because I think he'll wear Gruul warpaint)
...
...
nevermind, I can see this happening.
Z: Sweet, MTGO Academy's pretty cool. I usually only watch the draft stuff (Limited Resources, Simon Says, and the always entertaining LRR drafts) but sometimes I go over to the Standard section and... there really isn't much there. I think the only guy I've seen on there that does Standard was Ryan Cribbs, and I remember yelling at my screen at his GR Aggro vid from last standard with some of the decisions he was making.
I'm not the "HOLY SHIT WHY ARE YOU SO BAD" player when I'm at FNM/other
public events, but goddamn if him and _ShipItHolla from CFB don't make me have a near aneurysm with some of the plays they make. It doesn't help that these guys basically do flavor-of-the-month-deck videos every week. I'd much rather watch someone beat down with one specific deck over and over than watch the guys who just buy a new top 8 deck every week.
If you don't know how to lie, then how do you know if you're being lied to?
The answer? Use a gun. And if that don't work... use more gun.

I've only know you for a few weeks, but I know enough to where I'm not so sure that'd be a good ideaSend her my way, Raida.

I wouldn't have thought so either, but it's true. Taught her myself. You're a dirty liar.
Such things don't exist.

I, for one, would like to welcome our new firebreathing narwhal overlords.

Snap call.
@ Pie. Yeah their Standard section is pretty poor, so hopefully they'll keep me around. I don't care much for Hetrick either. I've got to get serious and grind PEs / MOCs instead of just DEs and Queues; mostly just because the money is better but also for notoriety.
@ Alex. Ill ask

Speaking of asshats, I just had to explain to someone why a 5'X6' sign can not be made out of a 4'x8' sheet of material no matter how I cut it down.
I know, that was off topic, but I needed someone else to know that just happened.

I wouldn't worry too much about the "red mages are dumb stigma", if they're so smart why do they lose so much? Is their argument really that red cards are overpowered?
Because that's hilarious.
I'll bite, what's your IQ? Mines 131 and I'm an ESTJ since I feel like discussing this stuff now. Pip's an ESFP.
@ Doc. Wowowow. Flipping LOL.

Fate IS smash.
I tediously sketched out a Lulu (League of Legends) pumpkin in the background, trying to shave each area to the perfect shade...
Fate grabbed a butcher knife and stabbed his pumpkin into the Gruul logo in 5 minutes, then kicked back to watch my ass toil

I vary between mono-r, r/w, and r/b depending on mood. ATM I'm mono-red cause shocklands are spensive
Also, i feel your pain doc.
@Z, I dunno my 4 letter thing, haven't taken that in forever. Also, numbers aren't helpful without also saying what test/system it was
(list of most common and their classification charts: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IQ_classification)
Mine's actually a 131 as well, on the woodcock johnson scale (best name ever). It puts me right at the 98th percentile cutoff, which is the Mensa cutoff, and the only really viable definition we have atm for a 'genius'
I like tooting my own horn
I also
like bragging ;P
