Dies to Removal

Not very Tempo-y, seems like a regular UW Aggro deck with a single tempo play. That said, I don't hate it. It looks like it could do work against those durdly Midrange decks that rely on putting up a single roadblock to get them to the late game. I think tempo means more than just bounce, am I wrong?
