I think I like Foundry Street Denizen there, the max number of 2+ power 1 drops is what you want.

Is a 1 of Hall of Triumph worth considering in that deck? Good with the high amount of 1-drops the same way it is in White Weenie, but also seems sweet with Crusader.

I really like the look of this deck, still. Not sure how I feel about 3 Mana Confluence, could hurt you in the matches where your lifetotal is important. I might play this at one of my FNM's tonight.

MDU's old pyroskies deck was playing 2 Stormbreath Dragons off 23 lands, so blood baron off 22 isn't ludicrous, but agree it is unlikely you will cast it on curve. If it lands on turn 6/7 against MBD it may still be soon enough to stabilise you (the main exception being an early packrat that stuck)...

Just got stomped out of round 1 of two consecutive 8-mans by Mono Black, in the first one he drew 2 Demons in game 3 after duressing both of my Chains, and in the 2nd one I drew literally half of my lands (after scrying 3 to the bottom) and he was stuck on two lands for a long time but drew out of i...

Loving the look of the new mana base, I'll be trying it out at FNM this week. I realized I was siding in Chandra in 2 situations: A) When I want to play as the control deck. B) When I want to draw extra cards. So... NEARLY every single matchup. If I'm not trying to burn out your creatures and gradua...

Why no Spike Jester? I've never used the card in a Pyro shell before, and am winning without it. Am I missing out? The card feels very similar to playing a turn 1 Delver of Secrets, and blind flipping it on turn 2. It's very, very good. It's hard to kill (in comparison to Ash Zealot at least) and b...
