I have 2x Boros Charm and 2x Wear//Tear in the side, along with Chained to the Rocks numbers 3 and 4. White splash would still be worth it to me for Chained alone. So what do you guys think of goblin wardriver in modern? I've been working on a modern RDW deck and I have been enjoying signal pest, which naturally led me to consider his big gobbo brother. He's obviously not knocking keldon marauders or hellspark out of their places, but I am running stormblood ...

Flames is rarely (if ever) going to have more value against MBC than Mortars - stick with Mortars for that matchup. Field wipes are kool. If you want more hate for U, Awe for the Guilds / Seismic Stomp / Legion Loyalist seem alright. Of course you wouldn't board Flames in against MBC its just for t...

Your really not feeling the Fanatic here against Mono U are ya Z. BTW I've given up on the Red God (bye bye 5 tickets), going to try some rather large changes to the Australian Winter (PyroW) list I'll post it once I'm happy with it. I'm in favor for 3/1 split between shock and FoTF, I'll put one mo...

Hey Z, I'm starting to think 2/2 split between Shock and fotf is looking quite good here: Vs MonoBlack you get your extra spell to hit the Nightveil Specter Vs Mono Blue, Mono Red and GR its good for 2-4-1 Vs Control, your most likely going into top-deck mode later anyways so its not "horrible&...

Johnny — I have yet to cast Purphoros, so I haven't gotten a chance to see him in action. Magicdownunder is testing him as well. Adding a Dragon in his place is also an option for more reach. I haven't played against Mono Blue Devotion, so I might be wrong here. Master of Waves is the biggest problem for the mono red variant, right? Turning a 1 drop into a ~4 point burn spell has always been effective. Still like my threatens though. Threatens is great vs MonoBlack Devotion, my only issue is that when they have another creature in play (like vaults or merchant) it just become a more expensive Devour Flesh which pumps the demon.

4) Assemble the Legions is HORRIBLE vs UW/x Control
Really? What was the scenario/outcome that led you to this conclusion?
UW/x run Jace, Jace doesn't care if you have billion 1/1 - if your in a position where you have to target Jace to win the game - your most likely are going to lose anyways.
