I know this is a slight bit off-subject and that I haven't followed the burn deck a huge amount, but I had a thought. I remember MDU having a test list for dega/barely-dega burn post-spoiler but pre-release. What is the viability of that? We saw one of the gp top 8 lists splash black for toil//troub...

Should have, but nah. I tend to try to not tilt people too bad. I don't slow roll for instance, I usually just do enough to kill them, and don't salt it by showing them how extra dead they were e.e

Heh, I've seen him play it... Atually, he's why I decided to try hearthstone to begin with. TB is awesome :D It was just really cool cause it wasn' like that deck where that's the point. It just was so even that it got to that point. That said, fatigue didn't come in to play really. We had both only...

If you think that list is crap (and I wouldn't much blame you. Again, my excuse is that it was an experiment), then we could also try and look back a bit and work some on a previous version. The list I ran at gameday and a fnm or two to some success could bare some revisiting. That was the one befor...

I for one am inclined to start over from scratch... I find myself agreeing, it's why I've been mia for a little while. I wasn't sure what to do with the deck... I threw together a quick build a few minutes ago, which is really rough but sorta shows my thoughts. I'd like to get back to a more normal...

I just started playing hearthstone a few days ago, and am enjoying it so far. Playing a mage, cause I like how it plays, and I'm too lazy to try and unlock all the stuff for the other classes, though I am tempted to try warrior... Anyway, I went up against a warlock just now, and it was quite funny....

I'm still on the 24 land setup myself (it seems to work better for me. I haven't had many problems mana-wise), but if you're on 25 land and want 2 vaults, I personally would go: 8 Mountain 5 Swamp 4 Blood Crypt 4 Temple of Malice 2 Rakdos Guildgate 2 Mutavault You could also have a 7/6 split on the ...

I would think that getting the counters would be easy, given the scenario you just gave.
Discarding cards with mind over matter would put the counters on it.

Windstrider, your latin in your sig made me want to try something, but it ended horribly.

I tried to find the roman for 'i burn', but the result was 'i am on fire'.
That said, 'cogito ergo uror' sounds awesome. But 'I think, therefore I am on fire' is hilarious to me for some reason.

I'm a little disappointed too, mainly because I don't want to play against this deck, and you promoting it isn't helpful ;P

But it's a nice looking deck. Also abuses the metagame right now, with devour flesh seeing less play, with some b/x devo lists only running 2 main :P

Even on a delay, streaming could cause problems. Even if what they see if a few minutes old, it can still be relevant. Also, the lists really haven't changed all that much. Since the only 1 drop in the list is shock, I think a 3rd guildgate isn't too far off the mark. I guess testing will tell, lol.

The list from the 5k and our current lists are fairly similar. We have a slightly heavier creature base, with either zombie or phoenix, while he went with packrat. We also have a bit more removal, and our hero's downfalls are better then his ultimate prices. As far as landbases, he fit in an extra v...

I'd still say aggro (though I think you once called it aggro-control, which I like). It is kinda riding the line though. The idea and the execution behind it are that of an aggro deck, that can offer a lot of fast hard-hitting pressure, and still have the reach to go long. So in that respect, it kin...
