It's a deck focused on getting to 5 mana and just winning through a constant stream of threats. Junk Colors allow for resiliency as well as control. Black allows for creature control, as well as a great reanimation tool.

Thoughts and suggestions?

I run a lot of creatures, maybe up the count on whip, add Grisly Salvage and Jarad's Orders? Idk.

I'm not a good midrange player, but I don't like too much mainboarding Unflinching Courage.

Should I push them to the side? If so, for what?

Needs more Voice of Resurgence, that card is absolutely nuts.
I'd also suggest Sylvan Caryatid, wall + mana ramp is exactly what you need in a deck like this which will be looking to stall until they can drop its big threats anyway.
If you want to run Blood Baron you should at least run 3, it seems odd to me that you'd only run 1 of what will ultimately turn out to be your main threat in a lot of matches.

Also, Thoughtseize.

If I were you I'd re-examine my creature base and take out the things you don't really need (which seems to me would be Advent of The Wurm and Fleecemane Lion)
