Since I am too stingy to buy Chandra straight, I joined a M14 sealed and played 2-2 (As I waited for a certain Yarpus). I got some great stuff like {Mutavault} and Jace, but I guess sleep was taking its toll as I went way over my curfew in the last two matches. Oh well, at least I got three boosters out of the deal as well. Time to hit the sack for me.

l definitely like the red devotion guys point about mortars. l was never a huge fan of it in my sb in sligh decks last season, but never had a good reason.

"playing scared" sums it up beautifully. it's a necessary evil against Gw, but besides that I'm not touching it for blood baron or the mirror anymore

Actually if I were to get into modern I'd probably start with Death and Taxes. I would board in Martyr just in the hopes I face a fine gentleman from this very clan and make him cry even harder game 2.

@LP: Used to rock it at GameHQ or Al's in Edmond but with my work sched It's hard to go to an actual LGS, I'm mostly on MTGO. I occasionally will borrow a deck and head back though.
